ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, exchanged, or returned for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect address entry, dissatisfaction with wait time, or delayed fulfillment. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a final-sale item.

All items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned.
PREORDER & PRODUCTION INFORMATION
Some orders may be fulfilled as preorder depending on available stock. Preorder items require additional production time before shipment. Production timelines and shipping windows are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, quality control, logistics, or other factors outside of our control. Reasonable delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines may include production time, international transport, customs clearance, and final delivery. While we make every effort to ship orders as efficiently as possible, delays caused by carriers, customs processing, regulatory changes, weather conditions, or global logistics disruptions may occur. Such delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly or file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Due to manufacturing processes, minor variations in color, materials, finish, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
FRAUD PROTECTION
Orders flagged by payment processors for potential fraud may be cancelled, delayed, or held for verification before fulfillment.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy matters. We do not sell, share, or trade personal information. Customer information such as name, address, email, and payment details is securely processed through our payment partners and handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
