ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. All Punch Doll orders are made-to-order and begin production specifically for each customer. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, exchanged, or returned for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect address entry, dissatisfaction with wait time, or delayed fulfillment. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a final-sale, made-to-order item.

Pre-Order & Production Information

Each Punch Doll is produced in small batches to maintain quality and consistency. Production timelines and shipping windows are good-faith estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, quality control, logistics, or factors outside of our control. Reasonable delays do not constitute non-delivery and do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines include production, international airfreight, customs clearance, and final delivery. While we make every effort to deliver orders as efficiently as possible, delays caused by carriers, customs, regulatory changes, or global logistics disruptions may occur. In rare cases where external factors impact shipping flow, fulfillment may take longer than anticipated, but we will always complete delivery and will never intentionally fail to ship an order.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. We do not sell, share, or trade personal information. All customer data, including name, address, email, and payment details, is securely processed through our payment partners and handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
